General

Order details emails are dispatched immediately. In some cases there are some aspects in the order which needs to be manually reviewed. In this case only your order detail email will be delayed by Maximum 24 hours.

If you email is being manually reviewed we will immediately inform you after you order has been placed/dispatched.

Dealer Heaven has no Data sharing policy and IPs are only recorded to detect Internet Fraud.

Software Activation

Once provided Serial Number has been activated by registration this will immediately start your subscription and at this point a refund is not pDealer Heavenible. Activating the Serial Number constitutes an acceptance of purchase and yet again, an acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

You will not be able to activate the Serial Number without passing the minimum hardware specification checks for your PC. This protects your rights as a consumer and of course, in the event of an incompatibility issue between your hardware (your PC) and the software we sold you then you are entitled to a full refund (after criteria is met within the returns policy below).

There are special circumstances, however, that may allow the acceptance of a refund request but this is entirely at the discretion of the Internet Security Centre.

Refund Policy

If you request a refund then you must comply with the following stipulations:

• The Serial Number must NOT have been Activated/Registered
• You must confirm in writing (email is acceptable) the following:
  • You will confirm that the Serial Number has not been activated.
  • You will confirm that absolutely no one has any intention of activating the Serial Number provided in the future.
  • You will also ensure, other than destroying any evidence of the Serial Number that you keep this information in a secure manner to avoid lDealer Heaven by theft which could then lead to misuse.
• If writing for confirmation by email then the email must originate from the accepted email address at time of purchase. This will confirm that customers identity.
